Storage and Shelf Life:

Refrigerator (0–5°C):

• Cooked dish: Up to 3 days

• Best stored with the sausage separate from the chips if possible to maintain quality.

Freezer (-18°C):

• Cooked sausage: Up to 3 months

• Chips: Can be frozen for up to 1 month, but they will lose their crispness when reheated.

• Mustard and fresh red onion are not recommended for freezing. Add fresh after reheating for the best quality.

  
  

  Reheating

• Reheat sausage until piping hot throughout (core temperature 75°C).

• Oven or air fryer is recommended to restore the chips' crispness.

• Add the mustard and fresh red onion after reheating.
