Butcher’s Ragout (pork)
Traditional Hungarian pork stew made with tender strips of pork, slowly cooked with onions, garlic, smoked bacon and Hungarian paprika, often finished with pickles and served with pasta or potatoes. Rich, savoury and comforting with a slightly smoky flavour.
